Goes live on Ramco Payroll in record time
Jakarta, Indonesia – June 27, 2015 – Indonesian-listed mining and energy company PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk (PTBA) has integrated and migrated all its payroll functions, in a record time of five months implementation, with Ramco Systems’ Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.
PTBA – one of Indonesia’s five largest, has consolidated key employee information across its decentralized entities with no data loss, and implemented a more flexible solution for company-wide payroll. The collaboration altogether between EMS Paramitra & Ramco team has played a vital role in delivering the solution.
Ramco’s HCM solution has fully streamlined functions such as payroll calculation, timesheet management, and personnel administration. The new solution also automates PTBA’s employee scheduling within seconds instead of previous experience, requiring days to complete.
The payroll solution is fully compliant with Indonesian tax regulations. It includes financial integration capabilities and can automatically calculate payroll elements to minimize human error. The solution also integrates with PTBA’s legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) and medical systems, while preserving the integrity of existing data.
For the financial year ending March 2015, Ramco HCM recorded growth of 113% YoY garnering good traction from International markets. Multi-country Payroll, Mobility, and Intuitive user experience are driving the product to add on an average 1 new customer a week. With the addition of China, Ramco’s Global Payroll extends its capability to address around 70% of the world’s working population.
